I know theres nothing like real quality whole foods. Im not a career BBer though and I have a lot of shit going on right now so getting my diet perfect does not always happen. I do eat maybe two courses of greens a day but sometimes I only get one. It's usually only green peppers or endive. I also always have garlic and or onions around to keep it clean. Tomatoes dont agree with my stomach too well unless their locally grown.
