When do E2 levels peak? E3D dosing

Need some input from more experienced fellas. On a E3D dosing schedule:

Day 1. 83mg test
Day 2.
Day 3. 210iu HCG
Day 4. 83mg test

I know that peak test levels are around the 24h mark, but what about E2 levels? Would they peak when test peaks or would they peak when test levels trough, in this instance morning of Day 4?

Assuming no AI in the mix, E2 should be peaking when TT is peaking or shortly afterwards. More Test is available to aromatize. When I was on 100mg of test once per week and nothing else, I checked blood work two days after injecting and on injection day prior to next injection. My E2 was something like 100 and 30 respectively. I don't recall the exact numbers off hand.

Estrogen will peak as testosterone peaks. Approximately 24-48 hours after injection depending upon the ester. This is why most recommend taking ai the day after an injection to time the peaks.
I'd say Day 3 you'll be having quite a bit of estrogen peaking especially with an hcg injection in the morning. HCG will peak again 24 hours after. I would take an ai Day 2, if needed and proved through blood work of course.

At the moment I'm taking 0.25mg adex Day 1 and Day 3 with each shot, but still getting high E2 signs (nipple sensitivity, low libido, practically no morning wood). Am going to be getting blood work morning of Day 2 and Day 4(before next test shot) to see what the peak and trough E2 are on this dosing schedule.

Just had peak test this morning, will have trough test in 2 days. I may need to up the dose to 0.25mg ED as the current protocol just doesn't seem to be cutting it - liver just seems to metabolize the adex to quickly.

Will update with results.

No way of knowing without labs. Whole thing is tricky too to figure out with labs cause you are essentially fighting with 1 day of dosing difference and arimidex does not lower E2 in the blood it just blocks aromatization.

So if I am pinning E3.5D on the test, wouldn't it make more sense to do the dex on the same e3.5d schedule, but the day after the test? I currently do e3d on the dex and it seems to be working, but this discussion made it seem like the e3.5d following test might be more effective?

Adex doesnt do well when dosed past E3D... imo
I would stick to E3D and mot budge from that.
E3.5D dosing is essentially the same as E4D dosing.
No good for adex there is qiote a bit of E2 rebound on the 4th day

100 pg/ml is some nasty E2 off a 100 mg of T a week.
Imagine if u were on hcg too.
