When is the right time to take roids?

Hello folks, I have been training for the past one year, I am pretty sure that I'll take steroids in my near future, but I think I'll go natural one more year, just to expand my knowledge, build more muscles, improve diet , learn from mistakes, etc..

What do you think, what is the best time to use roids? If you hit the natural max, what is the natural max?
 
The natural max depends on your genetics and natural hormone distribution. Some guys might be able to achieve 210lbs naturally due to genetics and high testosterone output, while Joe Shmoe who trained for 20 years weighs 178lbs solid. I know personally that I didn't fully hit my genetic max, but I also have a lower hormonal output mainly in testosterone(total level of 354). I have trained for a solid 2 1/2years with proper nutrition and training and overall of 5. After 2 1/2 years, I really began to study nutrition and apply it. If I were you, I'd recommend atleast another couple years assuming you have average genetics and average hormone levels. Good luck.
 
Well I'm 15, 5'5 and I've already hit my natural max at 147 freaking pounds and 15% bf. I look forward to start my first cycle which will be an oral cycle with winstol and dbol without any girly test or post cycle therapy (pct). It's not that I'm afraid of needles it's just because I'm young and I have plenty of natural test running into my system and nobody can stop me.

honestly, very rarely do i think most people hit their true natural max potential before they use aas. I think many may get close though.

As for touching aas after 1-2 years training i think thats a mistake depending on your goals. I trained from age 15-23 totally natural. Still i don't think i hit my max potential before i staretd. There are sooo many things you can tweak before resorting to using anabolic steroids ....diet/training/cardio/exercises program/supplements....i just don't see you exhausting all these options in 1-2 years training.

If you want our opinion post up a pic of how you look with some stats....body composition, height, weight, body fat%, some lifting numbers. Your pic can go along way in determining whether you've put some decent time into developing a proper base before using.

Also unless you plan on competing in bodybuilding (which i do)....or your testosterone is low (like mine was @ 355 ng/dl) it's not really a good idea to use aas before age 25 as you should still be able to make some decent progress until that time.

I'll will take picture of myself and upload it tomorrow. I didn't hit my natural max, I am pretty sure of it. And I don't think to take steroids this year, maybe for 1-2 years, but I am aware of the fact that I'll take them sooner or later.

I am 20 years old, 1,90cm high and 86 kg heavy.

I am not doing heavy lifts, I am more concentrating on doing them properly, although I am using 80% of my strength to lift. I haven't improved my strength in last few months, I don't know what wrong I did in past months.

How can I evaluate my testerone?

I need to bulk up as much as I can, but it's not going very good, I believe I should increase UH intake.

My nutrition is :

First meal : Oat flakes 150grams + 7egg white(2 egg yolk) + some cheese

Second meal: Chicken(white meat) 200-300grams + 100 grams of rice + salad

Third meal: Same as second one

Before training I take two tablets of cofeine, just to feel a little energy boost. Don't have money right now for N.O.

PWM = Protein whey 30grams, 20 grams of dextrose and 10 grams of creatine.

Fourth meal: Steak 300grams + 400-500 grams of potato + salad

Fifth meal : Again some meal 200-300 grams with a lot of salad

And last meal is low-fat cheese we call it here, Ella cheese 200grams + 70 grams of almonds

Is there anything wrong with my nutrition? Should I increase UH intake, considering that I am not gaining weights. But it is almost impossible to eat 200 grams of rice per meal.. :|


My workout is next.

Chest/Biceps
Back/Triceps
Shoulders/Traps
Legs/abs

My English is not the best, so I am not very familiar with the name of all exercises.. but I want to mention that I am doing 3-4 sets , with 8-10 repetitions. Sometimes I am doing this method , 4 sets with 12-10-8-6 repetitions, after every set I am increasing weights.

What should I do to increase my strength and to make better improvement with my body. What is best workout routine nowadays? I am not yet able to find the best one for me.
