I can't tell you how crazy all you guys sound, as an outsider looking in....
Guns fucking everywhere, nobody seems accountable.

I really wish you could step out of your borders to a country where gun laws are tight and gun crime is low. There are no college massacres, no shopping mall carnage, no kids accidentally blowing their family members away. Nothing!

I really do scratch my head when I hear intelligent grown family men who I have the utmost respect for, talk about guns in this way and sporting an obvious erection.

Something blatantly ain't right fellas, and this 'right to bear arms' bologni is actually quite laughable when you're stuck in a different country and watching your events unfold.

Anyway, I'm not here for gun chat. It's a gear forum.

Just letting you know how a neutral might perceive things.

America fought for it's independence and in 1776 defeating the English (needing only 3% of America's population to do so),, we fought for our freedom so that we could be a UNIQUE nation, a distinctly free nation where it's citizens can choose life for themselves,,
IF we look different to you outsiders, then good,, because America is different. we are free and fought for that freedom, and owning a complete arsenal of guns for our own personal entertainment if we so choose is because we are FREE to do so. IF it looks odd to you outsiders living under tyranny, then that is a good sign, showing that America is still free and individuals get to make choices for themselves (things most take for granted.. choices like,, what doctor I choose to go to because I pay for my own health care,, which ammo to buy for any one of my multiple militarized rifles, because I like to shoot,, What type of gas guzzler muscle car i want to buy because I can give a shit less about global warming propaganda,, etc. etc..)

And if you think this freedom leads to problems in society.. well I live in a state with 6 million people. This state has open gun laws and I can open carry a military rifle with me anywhere I go, I can conceal carry, I can own hundreds of guns and millions of rounds of ammo,, I can own silencers for my guns,, I can own a 50 cal browning machine gun that fits on a tank,, etc. etc.. most all my neighbors have expansive gun rooms and gun collections and re-load their own ammo,, a lot of us enjoy going to our local indoor range or going to the woods and blasting shit,,, YET,, with all these guns, in a population of that many people, there are only on average of 70 gun murders per year in the entire state),, because guns are common place where I live, and the granny in the grocery store is likely carrying a Glock loaded to the max,, we are all relatively safe and free from crime.

If terrorists attack, we have a fighting chance, and more then likely each own better weapons and gear then they do. but you poor un-free people living in a police state,, you have to depend on your state to protect you and the terrorist can just stand there and mow you suckers down and you can't fight back (like in france,, your citizens got mowed down cause no one could protect themselves,, heck, it took americans in france to stop a terrorist attack on a train as well***8230; free minded people will attack to preserve that freedom, content slaves will not, content slaves will just wait for their slave masters to show up and try and help them)

No nation will attack America in it's own nation.. heck, we citizens make up a 200 million man standing Army with lots of guns and ammo (let alone our regular military).. heck, citizens here even own tanks and military Hum V's .. that makes us a unique nation, yes,, good.

We have more crime internally by weapons that are manufactured or shipped in illegally (automatic weapons specifically) than we do any other kind..

Terrorist attacks.. Kids shooting up schools.. Police vs. Civilian.. White vs. Black.. ALL of that shit is just exaggerated in the media.

Remember, we only see what they want us too.. if you look at the statistics, more people die every year in gang related scenarios than all of the above combined.

We have X amount of crimes per year.. but what's the % of crimes per population? Compare that second statistic to that of your own countries... because that's the one that really matters.

100000 to your country may be astronomical.. 100000 to ours is totally different.

UK had 500k die in 2012, we had 580k die from cancer ALONE. Cancer wasn't even the leading cause of death!!

Comparing your country to ours in this regard is futile. I respect you as a person and you are a huge inspiration, BUT, I don't agree in the slightest that guns are the issue. I hardly believe there is any specific issue that can be resolved to be honest.

You know another interesting topic to discuss in the same realm..

Population growth, The effect it has on a countries sustainability, how we maintain, and who's killing us in terms of this rating.

It takes a country maintaining a pop. growth of about 1.2 children per Mom/Dad to sustain economy, tech, innovation, relevancy (super powerness).

Countries like Italy and France are a great example of those who are far behind in pop. growth, and their dwindling.

A very powerful tool in regards to sustaining with a bad growth rate is immigration. It's how the U.S. is able to sustain without having shit loads of children born on the inside.

Many countries allow inmigration. And this is where we can all as a world be taken advantage of.

Muslims have a growth rate of 10. Compared to a 1.2.. that's 8.8 more children produced per household than most sustaining nations. All of which will be under the same belief system (religion). After 10,000 or so immigrate into a small country, it doesn't take long for there to be significant overgrowth to occur, large cities to be under religious law.. and then eventually surrounding areas being under constant attack. The end game being complete control of everything. As radicals generally imbed themselves in the upbringing and kill off anyone who does not succumb to their religion.

If you live in Europe, and your country is low pop growth.. but has reasonable power still, I would be looking to move elsewhere. France is already under Sharia Law in certain areas. It wasn't that surprising they got attacked to be honest..
