I d say any day unless ur doing 21 sets of bi s and 27 of chest lol. Don t take offense I too was that guy. I get stronger fast when I ve laid out for any number of reason.
Injury
Travel
Jail time lol

Burn out---I m 52 so there s time s I take 1 -3 weeks off and my joint s love it. But after a 6 or 7 weeks moratorium I ve put 10 pounds on in 15 day s; muscle memories a great thing.

Patience is key

For me I start seeing my body change a LITTLE at week 5. I can tell things are getting going. It takes me 6-8 weeks for the strength to kick in.

Again for me I have to pay attention to muscle recovery to notice that change. As TooTuff said be patient 5 weeks can be early for many people depending on their history of training.

Hang tight and train hard........Good Luck

Are you eating the right amount of foods and nutrients to help you gain strength? Diet plays a huge role in strength too IMO

i think so sir. ed eating 6 meals consisting of 3oz chicken breast 1/4 cup rice and mix veges, 2 protien shakes with 50 gram protien in each, then two carb shakes each made of 2 packets oatmeal a banana eggs whites and 2 scoops rich pianas real food. Thats a big jump from the amount food i am used to eating but was told eat big to get big. i have put on 17 pounds since cycle started april 8th just not notice much strength gains. like my deadlift is up 15 pounds and bench up 10 pounds squat up 15. maybe thats normal? im just a beginner so dont really know?
any suggestion you might have are appriciated?

Browse the diet forum here and look for "free diet advice from 3J". Look at the formula to calculate how much you should be eating. Then go back and add all the macros/calories YOU eat and compare it. That would let you know 100% if you're doing it right. Also it's the quality of weight that you put on, not the amount.

Guess we all respond different to gear and training ?

If i use Deca and Test i will add water weight and strength gainst within the 3-4 first weeks.

Now starting wk 7 on test and 6 on Deca the test has kicked in. Strength and pumps are up noticeably.
A problem side for me is my temperament. Last week I am, as I said on the forum getting testy and very aggressive. That's a tell tail sign FOR ME!

So now you have a current example of when a cycle kicks in.

Now I have to manage my temper as I see it needs attention. My Ex-wife helps and another friend and I stay conscious of what I say and do when I have a reaction to others.

Hope my example helps OP.

Yeah bro, most errors happen within diet if your gear is legit. If the gear is legit then it's working regardless, you'll see SOME strength increase but they're not magic gamma liquid like what the hulk takes. Results are doubled/tripled and much more profound with the proper diet. Eat your heart out bro and watch yourself grow every week

why take science and empirical measurement into consideration for your cycle, but not for your diet??

can you get in a car and drive without gas in the tank?? your nutrition fuels your goals.. it really is 80% of everything that you do..

running a cycle without running the proper nutrition for your goals is a waste..
