I really want to add cleans to my lifting routine... I lift 3 days a week.. 1st Day is Back/biceps (Mon)
Day 2 is chest/Shoudler/Tri's (Wed)
Day 3 is Legs (Fri)
I do my deads on Mondays and my Squatting on Fridays...
Where should I throw Cleans into the mox?? Im thinking on Mondays for back days.. or should I switch it up EOW with Deadlifts?? Thanks
