I always hear guys throwing out ratios saying gains are X% diet, Y% lifting weights and Z% steroids. There are some pretty different ratios out there. Do you have any thoughts on this?
What about similar compounds with different sides? What's the cause of this?
Like eq, primo, mast, var, and Winstrol (winny) all have similar benefits but all have there own kind of signature sides....
Eq being muddy blood where primo is not noted for this side. Almost identical benefits, different risks.
Well, that has more to do with A:A ratio. For example Masteron and primo are very similar with the exception of mast being highly androgenic, unlike primo. You can get the same gains from either though.
Maybe we can talk about AA ratios?

Just like var being less androgenic than it is anabolic? Producing more "mild sides"?
How about more of what in the compound actually determines the AA ratio, which leads to sides?
Really? I'l be happy to do that, I just fear that the chemistry and verbiage will be difficult to translate for most.

That sounds really good. What is 'specs' ?specs and best way(if possible) how to keep most gains after cycle.
