Where would you like to expand your Steroid Related knowledge?

I have questions. How do anabolic steroid affect the eukaryotic elongation factor-2 kinase?

Besides, if I start asking questions I'll mess up the article database :)

A question that I'm sure you know the answer to. This thread came up second in my search results.
eEF2 is a major regulator of protein synthesis.
Steroids increase the expression of eEF2.
Metribolone promotes the reaction [ N-myc downstream regulated 1protein binds to EEF2 protein]

I don't know if it's wrong. This enzyme hasn't really been researched but I suspect that it might do that. Question would be how.

If that's the case we might all be in trouble, lol.

I think its from 2 different websites, don't know how to check history on my phone. Is it wrong?

Don't lie...it's ok...I delete the porn history on my phone too...
Lol

On a serious note this is a good read...looking fwrd to the discussions to come of it.

I have a lot of studying to do on this so I don't have a real answer yet, but if anything, it seems to me we should inhibit this enzyme, not promote it.

But again, this whole thing has my brain going million miles an hour. Hopefully I'll know if my thoughts have any validity and I'll post about it.

lol I feel smart when I talk to normal people about steroids and bodybuilding than I read some of the stuff you talk about and feel like im back in max muscle as a teenager trying to pronounce Creatine right.

I'd like to see some general advice/direction on how to run a 2nd or a 3rd cycle....

for example first cycle for me was test with some orals at the end of the run....what's next? Should I bulk, should I cut, etc. I know it's kind of a subjective question as it's going to differ for everyone....but maybe a road map of some solid options on what to run if you're bulking or cutting for a 2nd and 3rd cycle

Austinite, This has probably been answered on a previous thread and if so please disregard, the topic is reproductive organs.. Its not so much a while youre on cycle thing but more of the long term sides. I understand testies atrophy and bounce back ( don't know what happens to women ) but whats the affect for the hopeful parents to be? I feel this can benefit both men and women, So I guess my official question is what is the toll on reproductive organs and fertility for both men and woman after various types of PH's and cycles get put through the body over a long period of time. Thanks for all these articles, saving them on the thumb drive!

When we do steroid cycles, we disrupt our HPTA. There's lots of info and instruction on the boards about the "testicular" part of this axis. But what a out the "H" and "P" parts. I feel I know nothing about how AAS effect the hypothalamus and the pituitary glands and how these systems function.
I became hypothyritic during my last cycle.... It was scary how fast my system was moving! Everything returned to normal when I went "off". My systems adjusted within a couple of weeks. But I still don't understand what happened or what to look for in the future to prevent this.
I need some more education. Fast!

I second this 100% This could be very useful information for everyone.

I wouldn't mind seeing an update fact sheet on DNP for the newbies who are on this site and seem dead set on using it. It should be more facts then opinion based if you get my drift. Someone that going to take it is going to take it no matter how many people cry foul. Wisdom through understanding always makes a better soap box.

Sounds good. Thanks man.

Sure, we can talk about fertility.

HPTA and Endocrine thread has been generated already. Check the 1st post :)

This is also interesting to me. However, because my experience was very limited, I wouldn't be able to write an educated article. Maybe soon, though!

Austinite, I've been thinking more about 'where' I would like to expand my knowledge. I'm thinking about a nice secluded beach or possibly a cruise ship. Maybe you, I, Doc, Half, Dennis, Planet and the rest can all book a cruise together.
