man Golds Gym is not all that is looks from outside, some of their equipment is fucked eg seats, incline bences and bright light in your eyes from the top and makes u see a whtie spot when u get off the bench.
I was very disappointed after joining Golds, but have a 2 yr contract, and Fitness World is a lil farther, so I am stuck with it.
THE BEST gym in lower mainland, I would say, is Fitness Unlimited in Richmond on No. 5 and River road.... its HUGE
