deca hands down... max bnch went from 455 to 500 , deadlift from 585 to 635 and squat from 495 to 600 in about 3 months .. and no joint pain which is always great

Listen, so everyone has their favorite and the diets are different and they are a key. Now sometimes pure MASS moves MASS. So the bigger you are (sometimes) water & fat & muscle combined will move more (mass) weight. So don't be confused with your strength gains.
Best advice I can tell you is READ the steroid profiles and with all that info make your choice for the first time but listen as well to hone it in. It takes time to find what works for YOU. Hence experience. Good luck
