Which cycle is best after Major Shoulder Surgery?

OK, here is my situation:
I am 52, 5'9" and was 165 lbs 9 years ago, started lifting seriously and built up to 224.

On Dec. 31, 2009 I had a serious (r) shoulder injury, I tore my Rotator Cuff, Labrum, had to have a Collarbone resection and the long head of the Bicep attached twice, have two bulged discs (C-5 and C-6) in my neck and wrenched L-6 and L-7. Regardless of all of that, I am 4 months past my last sugery still having discomfort yet I want to slowly get back into lifting.

After sitting on my a$$ and not being able to do anything physical at all (can you imagine why?) I am ready to jump back in. I also need to lose the spare tire that starts on my back and meets on the other side.

I want to start a cycle, but do to being on workers comp my funds are limited. I am one of the lucky bastards that can do 1cc of tren e a week and still be busting out ripped. Been called a freak at times for the ability to do this.

Any suggestions? I was thinking about just doing 1 cc of Sustanon (sust) just to give me something to cut some fat and be able to tone up a little bit quicker.

I wouldn't even consider a cycle 4 months out of sergery like that. Perhaps after 6-8 months of light training see how you feel and then put this on the table... JMO

This is a very sensative matter IMO. Reason why is because it's not about what specific cycle you should start on, because they will all work if you put your work in. However putting the work in with that shoulder is a big risk so you will have to learn how to train all over again with different styles, techique, and equipment.

Stepping into that gym even without performance enhancers is risky, but very possible.

I have a really great Anatomy book. It's called: Strength Training Anatomy by Frederic Delavier (THIRD EDITION). you can find this book in any major book store.

I will recommend this book to everyone because it teaches you how to train around injuries and still hit thoes target muscles.

In conclusion first train on a long good run for a couple of months and find out what you can and can't do. get to your fittest naturally, and with OTC supplements and good nutrition.
Once you feel absolutely sure you're ready than good luck and start small with the Test of your choice.
It's important you know that out of the few in my life I've met with torn rotary cuffs, none of them have trully ever recovered and one of them close to me suffers from chronic torn rotary pain in both shoulders and has every pain med available money can by legally and illegally.

Best thing you can do is just rehab it, lift light weights and build up strenght in it again, you start juicing and lift you may not feel the dmg your cause till you get off..

You might look into some Hgh therapy but I definately would take my time looking at AAS. And I definately wouldnt look into anything that dried you out at all because some water on you right now is a good thing. I had rotator surgery TWICE on my right shoulder and It still bothers me occasionally.

i agree,i had 4 bone spurs removed and my labrum tear repaired in jan of this year, and my doct released me on april 11th to start working out again with both arms, and im gonna wait 6 months before i do another cycle, yours is more serious,i would wait at least that long or longer, and im going to use deca when i start my cycle to help my tenderness, just be careful

I had reconstructive shoulder surgery back in 2001 and it took about a good two years for my shoulder to come back, and feel better.
My physical therapy was enough to satisfy my workout joneses and that was the best thing to strengthen it.
Mind you I probably wouldnt have minded a little bit of hgh but what are you going to do.
