Which LEGAL supps are a MUST when on a cycle??

This is what I take: everday.. on cycle or off except for the Artichoke Leaf extracts and the MSM. Only take those when I am on cycle. Fiber is a given! I sometimes use flax or just add olive oil?

BREAKFAST
Vitamin E 400 IU
Vitamin C 1000mg
Milk thistle (Silymarin) 1000mg
Artichoke Leaf extracts 500mg
ALA Capsule 500MG
Chondritone/Glucosamine 400/500
5 grams Creatine
MSM 1000mg
++++++

LUNCH
Artichoke Leaf extracts 500mg
Chondritone/Glucosamine 400/500
Vitamin C 1000mg
MSM 1000mg
++++++

POST WORKOUT
5 grams of Creatine and Glutamine
ALA Capsule 500MG
++++++

DINNER
Artichoke Leaf extracts 500mg
Multi Vitamin
Chondritone/Glucosamine 400/500
Vitamin C 1000mg
MSM 1000mg
++++++

BEDTIME
10 grams of Glutamine with Water
ZMA with Water
Melatonin 3mg


Thinking of these :

ANTI-OXIDANTS
500mg grape seed extract

300mg cranberry extract

600-900 mg of green tea

zinc has worked great to keep the water off first time I have tried I stayed bone dry on test no other anti e.
