Who can help me reach 200lbs???

My 2 cents.

Eat 2 grams of protein/lbs. You want to be 200lbs, then eat 400grams of protein.

Split the protein equally between each meal. Focus on getting your protein in, then fill up your stomach with good complex carbs or fats (depending on the time of day).

Lift heavy and focus on compound movements.

Get enough rest.

Drink atleast a gal of water each day.

I think people make their diets too complicated. If you want to get bigger, you need to eat. If you want to be 200lbs, then you have to eat like someone who is 220lbs.

People ask me for advice like this all the time and I tell them to eat more. Their response, "I do eat alot". Well.. if you ate alot you wouldn't be asking me how to get bigger.

I'm not the biggest guy around these boards, but at 5'8", 235lbs I think I have a bit of an idea how to gain mass.
