Who gets "Love Handles"?

I know I did when I hurt my back, what are excellent oblique exercises? SOmeone hit me with some please. thanks bro's
 
I do, they suck big time. i fucked my back too, and stupidly piled heaps of weight on.
to train obliques I mostly just do twisting movements( crunches to one side), hanging knee raises to one side are pretty good too IMO.

I have found that they are just reducing in size as my BF decreases rather than because I am training my obliques more

But of course. There's no such thing as spot reducing.
 
I get them too....but it seems a week or 2 of oblique work will firm them right back up thanks god for making me an Ectomorph!

You can do millions of crunches and never have a nice 6 pack unless your diet/cardio is in check.
 
ive tried everything to get rid of them. The only difference ive seen is doing massive ammounts of cardio it comes off in proportion with the rest of your body fat. Ive heard that in guys the most (common/hardest to get rid of) areas are stomach and love handles, in women its hips and ass. The best way that I personaly have found to get rid of it is cardio cardio and some cardio... a fat burner doesnt hurt.

Even better.......add a little tren / V to that diet and cardio. :D
