What was your starting weight and what are you weighin in at now?

And was your starting bench\dead\squat and what are they now?

ook..starting weight was 110. i'm 185 now.

first bench was 50 and it was already heavy for me.
first deadlift, oh dear lord the improper form..you won't believe how improper my form was. I had my legs locked tight in a straight position, bend body down, grab bar, lift with a very watermelon back without bending the legs. that was 120 and had a hard time.
my first squat was on those smith machine and the weight was 80 and already hard. never went ATG yet. it was pathetically high squat..lol

BENCH:50LBS/188lbs
DEADS:120LBS/265LBS proper form
SQUAT:80lbs/221lbs ATG

I know I should be banging more weights...but with lack of people to help me at the gym and so...it's kinda hard progressing alone.
 
wow 110lbs to 185 in body weight is great.

Dont worry about the spotting problem....just live in the power rack and use the smythe machine for assistant movements like front squats\incline bench, decline bench, close grips, reverse grips.

thank you Monstar and Keith303. I know motivation is hard when you're just a 110 pounder addict ^^;

but surpassed that period and weightlifting has been an addiction, a hobby if you will, life ^^
 
why are u waiting until october for updated pics. do u look any different?
