this is due to stress eating and too tired to do much of cardio.

Lookin good bro legs are comming along really well. Wouldnt want to recieve a kick from them look like they can cause some damage.

goal is to go down 150 and cut off excess fats. training is mma and have not been lifting much anymore. i;m 160 now
 
You should keep lifting as long as its not interfering with your mma training with mma as cardio and lifting weights you'll be a fighting machine in no time.
