We bake a 100% sprouted whole grain bread and I'd be more than happy to ship you a sample loaf. We use absolutely no flour in our breads and rely on all natural leavens. The only added ingredients are sea salt and either locally obtained honey or molasses. This is an artisan shaped loaf, not a pan loaf. It freezes very well and toasts magnificently. The flavor is fantastic.
We buy local/heritage and organic grains when available (PA farmers have been hit by unusually heavy rains this year) but we have organic spelt and rye on hand and the wheat is non-gmo, chemical-free family-farmed wheat out of montana.
