it only looks like my bench is lagging behind cos i aint wearing a 3 ply bench shirt which would probably bring my bench up to about 500lbs

yeah man i just bought a metal viking..i layed down on the bench and sure enough it benched 500..when i put it on i could only do like 405..so i think im just gonna let the shirt do all the work

my shirt doesn't even need me. i just throw it on the bench and it lifts it while i file my nails.
