Putin is currently doing whatever he pleases and you can't do shit about it. The way he brokered the deal with the Syrians was such an obvious ploy to keep Assad in power and expand Russian influence in the middle east. And Obama knows it, but couldn't do anything about it. Its not like the old days where the US could just go rampaging into whatever country it wanted to. Face it, the clock is ticking.

I happen to follow the news, and I think its a tragedy that this is seen as something out of the ordinary today.
And you think the news is an accurate and unbiased judge of what's 'really' going on, you know, behind the scenes? each country's propaganda machines is the be all and end all of economic news?

In the digital age you can't hide. Did I say I follow CNN? No. I follow the independent scholars such as Noam Chomsky and Norman Finkelstein who are on the ground writing about what's really going on, and don't have an axe to grind.
The whole "Its all propaganda" is a copout by lazy people who can't be bothered to care about the world around them and are quite frankly enabling this corrupt system to go on.

Did I say you watched CNN? No. I don't care who you follow, the news is still not an unbiased source of information. They either lie or give false information frequently.
Did I say I never cared about the world around me? No again. I'm simply stating that the shit you're basing your info off of is just as biased as you are and you're not one that's shown an ability to follow logic yet.

My two favorite sources of information, Chomsky and Finkelstein, have both been banned from Israel for exposing the atrocities they commit against the Palestinians. Both were labelled "security risks". That's right, 84 year old Noam Chomsky, professor at MIT is a "security risk". So I base my opinion on events like this, you can generally get an idea of who is credible.
Like I said, automatically dismissing every source of information as "biased" is just a copout because you don't want to put the time into analyzing where credible information comes from because you can't be bothered to care.

Everything is biased in some respect from the stories that are mentioned, to the pictures that are used, to the words that are used. If you don't understand this you're as naive as you think me lazy.
