This is my unproffesional opinion, from the info i received from people when i was purchasing my first shirt. For 85 bucks you can get a titan F6 or Fury, the Fury is good if you plan on benching elbows out. The F6 is for the guys with a nice arch or who tuck and hit it low, or preferably both. Supposedly the F6 has a similar, yet less unforgiving groove as denim, so if you plan on moving to denim in the future it may be similar. Most of the new big time shirts from inzer as well have a low groove but are a little more expensive. Titan also has a great warranty. I am using a inzer Rage x two ply right now though. I have an F6, and was in it once and hit a nice number in it, it was also much easier to touch in than my double ply, i would stick with one ply if i were you, and benching in a commercial gym. I would also pick up a MM video, Blackbeard can probaly help you out with that, and i am sure Pullingbig and Dadawg will have a more experienced opinion than mine.
