good point.. I often get tendonitis along my forearms right when my workouts are getting great and strength is jumpingDrako said:You sure its your joint and not the tendons. A few guys I know suffer from this while on cycle. The muscles grow at a rate that the tendons cannot cope with resulting in pains around the elbows and wrists what would appear to be joint pain.
But if your not taking glucosamine or cod liver I suggest you go buy some.
