will be my first cyle. Test-e by its self or i may stack with d-bol help me out?

im 5'10

153 lbs

not much body fat at all

i got a buddy who has been doin this for a while now whom i will be getting the test-e from. he has had good gains but i wont advice from an expert.


i have done research, and i plan to do it for atleast 10+ weeks.

my cycle plan was something along the lines of 500mg/wk. inject once on monday and again on friday.


the cycle he is on right now is test plus dbol. i think he is doin something along the lines of 250mg/wk + 50mg of dbol for ten weeks.


so my question is...would i get better gain or it just be better beginner cycle for me to just do the test by its self at 500 a week for ten weeks or would 250 a week plus the dbol get me better gains?
i dont wanna waste needed money or time if i dont have to.
 
im 21, woke up had some protein couple eggs bananna some oat meal, than for lunch had some mole, its like some chicken stuff, and i just had a 12 in sub sand.
 
well heres the deal , if you've done your research im sure you know that im going to say your too young. But if you've got your mind set to make a run then we can atleast help you to do so safely and effective.

You say you do not want to waste your time or money but imo you will be doing both unless you improve your diet, learn how to eat so you can best utilize Aas. IMHO you learn to eat and watch the weight fly on . Once my days as a college athlete were over and I could eat for size and strength I went from 168 at 5'10 to 208 in 3 months.

Do your research , learn to eat, lift hard , sleep big and when all that is in line run test-e 500mg split 250mlx 2times a week. for 12 weeks . Dont start till you have complete PCT on hand
 
hey thanks. and yeah i would have pct on hand. and when i have diet and all that in live. whats an avg weight gain u think i could see?

also, i dont know if the test i will get from my friends is over priced.

whats a good price range for a 12 weeks cycle at 500/wk??

Sorry....but at 5'10" and a buck fifty, you need to learn how to eat and workout. Steroids are the absolute last thing you need.
 
i work out 4x a week, i eat like a mad man. i have my days where i eat healthy and some when i dont. i eat a good 3000+ cal a day. when i eat shitty i make sure i get in the qym and work hard. i push myself to all i got. ive been working out for a little over a year in that time i gained about 20lb just from that and eating. recently i just stopped gaining weight and my strength gains have just hit a wall!......ive been eating and working out. u say im not ready..but when am i "ready". i need a little push
 
its as if ive just hit me natural potential or somethin. i dunno. ill try and give it more time and see if things change. let me know ur thoughts.
 
im not saying your not ready-i am still prob not ready according to genetic limit bf% etc etc.

so to me-i would never say your not ready-i will say your diet is obviously lacking-when someone says they tak in 3000 cals-that means some days they only take in 2200.

you need to shoot for 4500 cals that way if you come up short-you will still get 3500 or so.

watch your workouts-go for compound heavy movements.

how many reps you doin?
 
yeah u have a point there. id been doin anywhere from sets of 3. 6-10 reps. it had been working fine till now. my bench wont increase for the life of me. should i try less reps more weight or more reps less weight? i need to get over this hump and any diff approaches would be appreciated.
 
i would just switch up what excercises im doin-like alternate bench-incline-push ups

you squatin? deads?

these should be your 3 main workouts-especially deads-they make everything strong for me-all the way down to forearms.

so when i do back i start with deads-then bent-over rows-and pulldowns and thats it-hit abs and calves and bounce.

no matter what your doing when you hit plateau you have to switch it up.
 
from the diet you posted you are not getting as many calories as you think. Also plateaus happen whether your running aas or not . Until you learn to diet and train out of this I do not think that you will be able to reap the full benefits of a pin . But if you just insist test e 500mg a week for 12 wks . PCT 2 wks after

But again dont start pinning till you are 100% in because if you arent you can waste alot of hard earned cash or not reamained focused and suffer health wise
 
thanks. yeah im gonna give it a few months. try to get on a better diet routine and hopefully figure out a better workout plan which gets me continuing results.
