Will This Cycle Help My Goal Of Ten Pounds Gain After Finishing?

Its been a few years since I was on gear having tried anadrol, dbol, ethenate, and cyp but I didnt notice much results cause at time I was a year into starting out and my diet and training program wasnt good plus some of it may have been fake. For the past year Ive gained alot with a solid training program and high protein diet and want to do a three month cycle to see how many results I can get by doing it right.

My goal is to gain 25 pounds on cycle with after the drop off of ten pounds gained. I want to take 20 mg dbol, with one bottle of test ethenate, and one bottle of deca for two months then end it with a month of winstrol and deca followed by the nolvadex to restore the natural testosterone levels.

Im 5'9, 151 pounds and my weight doesnt change much even though Ive gotten bigger since doing it right.

So am I going about the right way? Thanks for any responses, I havent been on this site in awhile but always found it a good place to ask stuff without getting flamed unlike bodybuilding.com forums.
 
Let me ask this. Are you trying to bulk or shred????????? I know that you mentioned that you want to GAIN 25lbs then drop off 10 for lean muscle mass. Correct? I find it disturbing that people (not only you) want to get bigger (gain muscle mass), do steroids, go through the pins, and dieting to gain weight and always think they have to loose their gains during post cycle therapy (pct). At 5'9 151lbs I would say that you need to be bulking for the next 2-3 cycles, which by proper dieting WILL get you to 215-230, which is a nice size for you. Do your cycle and during post cycle therapy (pct) work harder & eat more (you can gain still during this phase-harder I know, but work through it). I started 2 years ago at your size and now around 201lb with just 2 PH cycles under my belt. (my goal during my next cycle in two weeks, Test&Dbol is to gain 25-30lbs and keep growing there afterward. The most important thing to bodybuilding is Dieting no matter if your in a shredding or bulking phase-only certain factors change, carbs!
 
barry has some good and some very bad advice.

firstly, you really should not be cycling. you are way too light to warrant the use of anabolics. you could make incredible gains with food alone. in fact if you cycle now and eat the way you clearly have been in the past, you are going to be sorely disappointed with the effects of AAS.....guaranteed.

Also, you have done nowhere near the amount of research. If you had you would know that you do not have enough for a cycle, that is unless you have a bottle of 500mg/ml test decanoate and 350mg/ml Deca....which im positive that you dont.

you have a lot of reading to be doing. also a lot of eating as well. check in when you are a natural 175 and i think that would at least warrant a second look for a cycle...

Yup i agree with Shap and Barry, very good info.

and it there it said you are wanting to run winni and deca at the end but you didn't note if there would be test so in that case i think you need more research bro. First cycle should always be Test only anyway for 12 weeks.
 
Hey thanks for the answers guys. This isnt my first cycle if I do decide to go on it and I have done alot of research but being a few years I dont remember everything.

I agree that some people probably are able to keep all their gains but giving myself a goal of ten pounds is more for placebo motivation effect in staying strict with routine and diet.

While you guys are probably serious bodybuilders Im more looking for the Ryan Renyolds Blade 3 look so for me my goal I think with my ectomorph bodyframe and height anything more than 175 will be too much.

You say Im not taking enough? Should I increase the Dbol or be taking two bottles of Test and Deca a month?

At that height and weight I would really recommend EATING. Increase your food intake and you would be suprised by the gains.

5'9" at 151lbs is extremely light. I wouldnt jump the gun on an AAS cycle. Fix your diet, and then look at AAS when youve got a good base going on.

I think I'm just confuzed then. If your looking to get the Ryan Renyolds look (which is small but rather lean) you don't need steroids. Seriously, all you need to do is Eat good foods with low carbs and Cardio-especially at your size! Honestly, if I thought steroids would help you acheive what your looking for then I would say go for it. But for your goals its just not needed; in my own opionon.
 
Well first thanks for being good answers. Its good place to be not flamed for asking stupid stuff that Im sure people have asked many times. I have noticed many gains in size with a good diet which includes eggs, tuna, chicken, skim milk with three shakes a day for around 250 grams of protein a day. But I wanna work on a cruise ship and speed up the whole process.
 
R1 and Bigcat thats impressive. Were you able to keep all the gains? And by chance how many times did you work each muscle a week on it. Im doing twice a week and was wondering if I was on gear if I could move up to three.
 
I've kept 25lbs so far not done with post cycle therapy (pct) yet. I do each muscle group once a week abs twice a week on cardio days and on fridays after legs ill do some upper body maintenance.
 
sometimes i do 5x5 routine for awhile till i feel my body is use to it and not getting sore the ill switch it up and do 3x6-8 and throw a super set in right after the first one
 
you just have to know your body and know if you can hit it harder. if im sore i don't hit that muscle group till the next week
 
Okay thanks. Ive noticed after I went back twice a week after being on once a week for four months my gains shot up in two weeks to where people noticed. If I decide to go on this cycle Ill probably keep my current routine of four sets an exercise alternating between 1-6 and 8-12 reps.
