dude. you need to go NOWHERE near steroids. steroids are not a magic pill, and not something to tamper with if you are even a LITTLE unsure of what they do or how exactly they work. this site is full of good advice and great info, but you need to start from the bottom and work your way up.
first figure out your goals - it sounds like you have a general idea of what you want to do, but you need to fine tune it further. next, go to the training forum and READ. ask questions there about different programs and figure out a schedule that you will be able to stick to - no excuses. then go to the diet forum and READ. same deal, ask questions and figure out how much you need to be eating and how to tailor your diet to your goals.
once you have that down, and have been sticking to it and making progress then you can begin to READ about steroids. ask questions, do reasearch, but most of all, just READ and get a feel for what it's all about. after a few months (at the absolute least) of steady diet, training and reading, if you aren't gaining anymore and you've tried changing up your diet, and how you train, and you feel comfortable with ALL the parameters of what doing a cycle of steroids really involves, then, and ONLY THEN would i suggest you even begin to think about it.
Good Luck.
