looking for some advice. was able to score some winstrol tabs, 10mg by british dragon. this will be my 1st steroid ever. should i take the daily dose all at once or divide it thru the day, as you would with D-bol?

You should:

a) Lock the winstrol in a secure place and save it for a cycle down the road.

OR

b) Exchange it with someone for some test enthanate or cypionate.

Run cypionate or enthanate @ 300-400mg/wk for ten weeks. You'll be more than satisfied if all other components (training, rest, nutrition) are in order.

Winny only is not only a terrible first cycle, it's a horrible cycle in any situation. However, test/winny would make for an ideal second cycle.
