i just looked at those cycles and the ones with the deca it says to have Nolvadex on hand.
thats not a good thing to use. skip that part and have Adex or letro not nolva with deca. bad plan
 
This cycle should product 25 pounds in 8 weeks and you should keep 20 pounds of muscle.

No offense but i think the first thing we need to do is stop posting claims like this on the board, especially without stressing how important diet is to even gain half that amount of muscle in 20 weeks, much less 8 weeks. we rarely speak of homeostasis on these boards (no guys, not gay dudes), and how vital it is to understand how the mechanics of the human body work in regards to mega weight gain in short amounts of time.

Rarely, and i stress the word rarely is this possible. 25lbs of bodyweight sure. But 20lbs of muscle in a year, and I am speaking of true LBM, not weight, is hard enough, much less in 8 weeks. I think most people have no idea (not you per se, just in general) what 1lb of lean body mass really is and how much it is.

I would bet the average, with a baseline and a BF dunktest done 4 weeks post PCT, would be closer to 7-10lbs of LBM. And even that is a shitload in that amount of time. 8 weeks and your body is zoooooooming back to homeostasis in such a hurry.

I know most will wholeheartedly disagree with me on this, cause we hear it all the time. "dude, I gained 30lbs and only lost 10lbs so I gained 20lbs of muscle". Which any person with a brain will know is completely wrong as most don't get tested to be accurate they just make claims based on scales and assumptions.

Again, not trying to shit on your thread, as it is a good idea, and I like you low dose for a first cycle. Damn, should've opened with the positive... sorry. lol
 
why is it that a begginer has to do a test only cycle? my first cycle was sus250 and deca with a little bit of dbol at the beggining. my head didnt explode, i didnt have liver failure, i didnt have a heart attatck? whos to say test only is good for beginners

test only cycle for a newbie is a good idea because test is going to be the base of most cycles.. run it first see how you react.. then on the next cycle when you decide to run deca,eq or whatever you choose youll know that if anything strange happens what is causing it.. if you started with test,deca,eq and var youd have no idea what was doing what.. capiche?

exactly,I agree with GP

You have to figure that most AS is modified from the test hormone...a test only cycle if side were to occur they would be from one or two thing,the test it self or the ester attached
adding more compounds amplifys the chances for sides and make it harder to figure which is causing the unwanted reaction....it might be over cautious but thats the thinking

and test only to a virgin body will get great results with spot on diet and training
 
i agree also.. if you put on 25lbs total and lose 10lbs of water weight that does not leave you with 15lbs of muscle.. which most believe that this is what happens.:nono:

and i've never heard of only 8 week test e or c cycle on here before? why wouldn't you recommend to go to 12 or so? by the time you start to get the full effect of the test, you might only have 2 or 3 weeks at that strength before you're done on an 8 week cycle..

even 10 pounds i lol at. shit, i gained 7 pounds of muscle in one year from show to show and it was a HUGE difference and it took me a yr to do it, 20 pounds 10 pounds, in 8 weeks?! LOL!

and how does one judge how much 'muscle' they gained without dieting down to pretty much low single digit bf.

i think he just meant its tough to tell how much of your weight gain was actual muscle instead of water and fat. real hard to tell without going to get real before/after BF tests and weights.

but yes i do agree with you richard, i would be ecstatic if I gained 10 lbs muscle from one cycle.. although i do hear about many many people that claim they did

I have a test blend 300 and metanabol from alchemia pharma. Im gonna do the test twice a week which is 600 mgs of test and 30mgs of dbols a day for a month. I believe my test blend is a five week cycle, I was wondering how much weight I would gain and keep on this cycle. Im 24, 5'5" 152 lbs also I was looking into eclen for some post cycle therapy (pct) 1,000 iu of Hcg and 20 mgs nolvadex for a month a week after my last inject. Is Eclen legit or should I go elsewhere any input would be great as well seeing as this is my 4th cycle.
