very carefully!!!! what did the doctor say? i know from experience, its very dangerous and will never heal right and may cause you to havt to have surgery

brother you dont want shoulder surgery, its sucks, and you will not ever have the same ROM ever again,i have about 85% of what i used to have, and i had the surgery in Jan of this year plus 14 weeks of PT and listened to the doctor and still, its not right,so just be careful man,esp with the bicep tendon, thats a real dangerous deal there man

I had torn my left labrum & my right rotator cuff. I did not have surgery. Once they cut stuff there is no going back. Do what you can but be extra careful.

well pretty much i see a physio once a week, his under the impression the bicep tendontinus can be controlled so was my doctor. however the ac tare fucking just akes and akes all the time. I have stopped all overhead lifts and also have started encorperating some rotator cuff movements. its just fucked coz it hurts all the time. i really only wanna train 10 more weeks then ill have a significant break and hopefully time will heal it ? . but untill then ill avoid all overhead lifts, flat bench . dbells seem to b alright .

i also find applying deep heat to it before i work out and the icing it the rest of the day r really help ful

Oh I know that fucking deep ache well. I have a reusable shoulder ice pack. It velcros right onto the shoulder & it even has an attachment piece for the bi tendon. I iced the shit out of mine & did rotator exercises.
