Hello everyone...3 weeks ago i started a serious training routine...fukused on a wery good mass gain diet and workout...and im curious if im working out enough as i feel my workout routine isnt right,that i can do more..so i would bee very glad if any of you guyz can help me...
workout routine:
monday: Chest biceps + abs
tuesday: Back triceps + abs
wednesday:shoulders and legs
thursday: rest
friday:Chest biceps + abs
saturday: Back triceps + abs
sunday: shoulders and legs
so its like this 3 days training 1 day rest and then aggain...i realy doubt that this i a good routine and that it take all of my potential...so im realy hoping that some1 here can help me and go out of his way to explain me the best workout routine...btw in this 3weeks i gained 3kg so i know my diet is good...
