Worried - 4th pin gone really wrong.

Guys,

Have a bit of an issue on my hands I am a bit worried.

First, this is pharma test e. bought straight from pharmacy with a doctor script (friend wrote me script).

First three shots in thighs went beautiful. No pain. No sting. Just like injecting water.

Now yesterday I did my fourth shot. I woke up 5 minutes ago and I can't walk. Literally, I mean I cannot even fucking walk. My leg is not swollen. Injection site feels warm. I can't even bend my leg due to pain.

This isn't an issue of test - I obviously fucked something up with injection. Here are variables which I think Have been different with this shot then all others and maybe you guys can help with some
Diagnosis to see of I need to see a doctor or not:

- I injected test into needle 3 hours before I injected. My phone rang as I was about to inject and I had an emergency to take care of at airport so I left everything there and continued when I got back.

- I have been switching thighs up each injection. This time I did 2 injections in a row in same right thigh. I just had a hard time getting into left leg so I said fuck it and just put it in my right again.

- I use a 1" needle, but I leave a little out and don't put needle all the way in. After I aspirated, mid injection the needle accidentally changed positions and went all the way in. I continued to inject. So basically needle was in different spot halfway through injection.

Any ideas what the fuck is going on would be appreciated. I'm just worried as this is not normal for me.

Thats very uncommon with test-e, and even more uncommon on a quad injection but if it's your first cycle it could be your muscles are just getting used to it.

As long as you can SOMEWHAT walk and function then it's okay! Once I did glute injection then quad on the next day.Needless to say I couldn't walk out of my building or even sit down to eat food!

Thanks for fast reply - much appreciated. This is my first cycle, however I am only worried because first 3 pins went beautiful. No pain. No anything. And now 4th pin and I can't move my fucking leg. If this was first pin - I wouldn't be so worried.

If you think it's nothing to worry about, I feel relieved!!! Haha

Thank you.

Yeah dont worry about it much you could've just pinched a nerve but I'd say it's safe to assume it's because your body isn't used to getting injected with oils lol.

Can you "somewhat" walk though? like a cripple at least?Just to make sure you're not paralyzed or anything.

Just to make sure where exactly did you pin? Upper outer thigh or middle?or even inner (most unadvised )

about the pain , dont let worry get the best of you either way , wait a day or 2 see if it lessens and gets better ... if not see an MD or ask your MD friend who gave you script ...

listen it doesnt matter that you filled syringe 1 hour early & well putting needle deeper during injection maybe doesnt matter either

but since you are new you should be doing things a little more consistent and mindful so you have less anxiety and concerns or variables to worry .... take your time

rotate IM sites is important and 1 inch needle you should put it deep in quad not half way

also you should make sure you are being sterile with everything

No, I can move leg it just sting an burns like hell every time I try to move it or put pressure on leg.

Also I pinned in outset muscle, right thigh.

Good advice thank you. Also I will call my doctor friend who wrote me script to ask. Problem is its 6:30am in Sunday morning and I don't want to wake her up right now.

Well it IS human-grade so I suppose it can be quite painful.I don't see you mentioning anything about the size of the needle but I would assume somewhere between 18~23 gauge pin?Try 25 if you're lean enough for thighs/glutes and they pretty much work for everything.Otherwise use 23gauge.

You have to remember since it's human grade there's probably not enough EO or grapeseed oil solved in the solution which can make it hurt more than UGL gear

The old, "Yeah mate I just had a really intense squat session yesterday!"

The old, "Yeah mate I just had a really intense squat session yesterday!"

I actually did that when i had a PT session! totally forgot I pinned my glutes the day before and had pinned my quads!

Did not do any kind of leg workout that day lol not even cardio

Rotate your sites bro, you probably injected into a muscle that was inflamed from a previous injection. Hit up the glutes.

Update everyone:

My doctor friend she just came over my house to check me out. Everything is cool.

Problem was, I injected in my outer outer small muscle closer to bottom of my leg. It was different muscle then my other 3 pins and being that it's smaller is much more painful to recover. Basically I fucked up and went to far toward the bottom of leg and injected into a really fucked up spot.

Thanks everyone for all answers. You guys rock. Seriously appreciate everyone who replied.

bro your fine my buddy did mine in my quad one time,i couldn't walk for a week couldn't even sleep on that side i couldn't even tie my god dame shoe hahah good ol days foul be fine!

as for pinning bro when u aspirate it means aspirating in that spot of injection to make sure u are not in a vein bro!
now moving the needle up and down after aspirating is risky shit, try to keep a steady hand injecting bro, as u DO not wanna inject into a vein obviously!
no point of aspirating when u are moving that damn needle around bro!
like a post said up top try to go deep into that muscle with a 1"er as i pin my quads all the time and go deep as possible with a 23g 1" as well " aspirate" and keep a steady hand and inject " very important"
moving that needle around creates awhole lot of issues like u stated, u state cause u injected in a wrong spot "MAYBE", BUT i tend to believe u are not steady with that needle while it's in your muscle and moving it around will cause injection pain afterwords if u have pinned just your 4th time or someone that has pinned 100 times they would probably have the same issues

why are u injecting twice on the same day?? test e injected twice per week is more effective... how many mg's are u running per week on this first cycle?

... and the 1'' pin should be put all the way in, even 1.5'' is usually ok for most people's quads/glutes

Why are we all making such a big deal over simple PIP. Everyone gets it at the start of most cycles. It's part of the game, bro. Welcome to the dark side.
