I'm laid off right now so, a lot of my time is spent in the kitchen at home, baking/cooking, until my boyfriend comes home.
I've always had a thing for pastries. And, I'm wondering, where my talent stands, and if I should pursue this line of work.
I went to school for policing; spent ten Gs on a education, you don't even need to be a cop..
I didn't go to school for culinary. I only have experience under my belt and, what I do at home. It's not hard.
Now, I'm gonna post a few pictures and, with a yes or no vote, just let me know what you think.

I used
2C of oats - grinded to a flour substance
I added two ripe bananas
five egg whites
i added 2 tablespoon of splenda some peanut butter a little vanilla and some casein protein (2scoops) and i think that's it...

baked at 350 until toothpick came out clean... roughly twenty mins of baking time

im pretty sure thats it

Very nice, I would pay for them, but could only eat the pre-workout cakes..:
(but, everything looks :yumyum: ) I say, go for it !
I think starting a home based baking business is a great idea, have baked cakepops ? They are pretty popular here & they're like the new cupcake, I'm always baking them for my girls school.

lol... nope, never done those... done woopies with a mint filling... didn't get to eat one but, everyone said they're great.
I don't eat much of what i bake either normally will split something in half and make someone else either the rest.... at work, this is what I call, sharing my calories... You're obligated to taste to your work but, you can't waste!!

It all looks great to me!! You should start shipping out those Pre-Workout Protein Cakes to all the members here!! What is your price??

lol... they're dirt cheap to make... I'm gonna make sugar cookies adding some chocolate protein tonight, I'll see how they turn out... And figure out if I can make something with the icing rather then royal - even though, it does have egg whites...

I haven't figured out a good constancy to the preworkout cakes... I am gonna talk to the chef du cuisine when I work on friday, see if he can help me out with that....

I don't know much about shipping baked goods... Can't be difficult, just would have to make sure they get to their destination in a respectable timely manner and learn proper packaging.
