just curious if anyone has ever experienced tendonitis in the outside portion of their wrist. man, it sucks, can't really do curls or heavy bench right now, even with wrist wraps, and have to do push-ups on fist. it only hurts on outside of wrist during certain movements and feels weak as hell...curious how long it lasts and what to do..i guess just work through it doing exercises that don't piss it off?
