why do people kept thinking that having a suit will instantly, immediately boost your bench by 100-200 lbs. I'm not referring to you, rocco, but on some forums that i've been going to

Because if you don't know shit about one and you see or hear about people using one and benching big weight you tatrribute it soley to the shirt and of course think it is easy to use.

Depends on the shirt. Comfy isn't a word i'd use to describe them. Tight is. Some feel better than others. Are you thinking about buying one?

no because they'll be too expensive for me right now..with all the shipping and the dollar exchange and all. maybe in the future..with some kettlebells, bands, the works. ya know what my gym is and after the whole year deal, i'm blowing that joint and switching to a powerlifting gym..that is uncomfortably far from my work place. lol!

If I may chime in. It really depends on the shirt, but for the most part, imagine putting on your little sisters shirt, and its made of a material that won't rip, if it's an open back bench shirt, imagine the same with a slice down the back.

Bench shirts are in no way designed to be comfortable. They are designed to give support, and when you have the weight down to your chest and the shirt fully loaded with support, it is quite uncomfortable, but something you learn to love.
