On my 1st cycle, of Test c 500mgs/wk for 12 wks and Dbol 25mgs a day for 5wks. I'm about 6wks in and have noticed no change in physical apperance or any sides, I have however noticed some changes in strength. I questioned my source bout the quality of my gear and he has assured me it is legit, and everybody reacts different and to hang in their. I've also asked around the gym and my nutrition store and other guys are using the same gear and are having great results...so WTF is wrong with me??lol..any advice?

welcome to ology

im guessing you need more food . if your not gaining on a cycle your probablly not getting enough calories.

word!

spaghetti bro...and brown rice...and steak...and chicken...and oat meal...nom nom nom nom

If i don't eat like a horse and get my 180 grams of whey i simply won't gain mass on cycle. By the end of the cycle the smell of whey really makes me gag, but i know i got to drink it.

Good news is enanthate takes 4 or 5 weeks to kick in and peaks at 7 or 8. So you didn't loose out on much gains.

Now if your not taking AIs and you haven't put on any water weight then your gear is bunk.

I'm 6'1 and weigh 220lbs, I eat a cup of oatmeal, a cup of greek yogurt and a 1200 calorie weight gainer shake for breakfast, lunch is two chicken breast, dinner is well whatever my girlfriend makes (i have to eat one meal with her), before bed I have another weight ganiner shake, Also in between meals I have protein shakes or bars,

You should add up you're calories and macronutrient breakdown. Weightgainers suck. Sounds like you need more carbs in there and more meals. Don't rely on shakes. At least 6-7 meals a day with complex carbs, lean protein, and good fats. If you're not gaining, you need more food...period. On gear or off.

Seriously? Theres no reason to take in 180 grams of whey a day.

What do you think of Meal replacment shakes?...I understand food is better than shakes, kinda limited at work to eat that many meals

Shakes are better than not eating, but of course food is always number one. I personally like to have a homemade shake in the middle of the night when I wake up to take a piss or whatever. I blend together 2 cups skim milk, 1/2 cup oats, 2 scoops whey, 4 tbsp peanut butter, and half a banana. At least there you are getting more natural ingredients without the bullshit fillers. Most weight gainers are crap. I highly suggest you find out you're maintance calorie level and add up you're calories for the day. You can then gauge how many calories you need to increase to gain weight.

Yeah it's all about eating as long as the training is very intense as well.

When I'm bulking I'm taking in about 300 - 400 grams of whey protein each day, on top of meals.

Also - for my first cycle - my gains didn't REALLY kick in till week 6-7.

Plus - sides mean nothing in relation to gains - never judge gains by the sides.

Repo is spot on.

Steroids arent miracle drugs. You will not look like arnie after one run, but I am sure you knew that already.

Eating is the way to go. I am not a body builder but I eat 1.5 grams of protien per lb of LEAN bodymass. 25mgs a day of dbol is fairly mild. I personally like 50 per day with 750 of test. That really doesnt matter though. The only 100% way to know if what you got is working or not is to get blood work done. I go to my doc and ask to have my test serum check because I am feeling sluggish! LOL but it gets my bloodwork taken care of!

You said your first cycle took 6-7 weeks to really kick in. Do your cycles now kick in faster then 6-7 weeks?

My first cycle of test c I thought was fake...then bam week 5-6 there was no doudt...everyone is different. Get your pct down and eat,eat,eat,eat.. I force feed myself towards the end of cycles, because I always start lossing my appitite. Dont rely on shakes

my sex drive usually kicks into a higher gear pretty quickly.... usually in the first week. And my girlfriend's mood improves dramatically. That's how I usually know my gear is gtg and properly dosed.

I'm blasting and cruising -mostly blasting and don't look for my gains to start or end within a timeline...

I look at what my long term goals are - 6 months to a year - and push for consistent gains that are steady.

This has worked great and have seen outstanding gains over the last year.

I can say there are times when I feel like the gains are not as heavy and other times I'm growing fast every day - either way the only thing I adjust is food intake and training ... "not the gear."

The only time I change gear is if it's well calculated in advance.
