Quake - Day 18

Weight - 181

Not that this is a thermogenic type product, but I'm leaning out a little more than I expected. Sure, I'm running. Well, I was. Tried a 5 mile run yesterday & barely made it home.. Thinking I have either really bad bone spurs in my heels, or plantar faciitis in both feet Might go get some new shoes w/ a little more cushion.

Since my last update, I haven't had one day off from either work or the gym! I'm still a little sore from my leg workout on Sunday. Did a ton of deads! Followed that up with bb lunges. From my glutes all the way down to my calves are sore, but I love it!

I got off shift this morning, thinking I got enough rest for a workout this morning. Nope.. I probably could've done 2 scoops, but didn't want to be all cracked out! Lol.. Still managed to get a decent chest workout in, hitting it from all angles w/ the bb. Because I was so tired though, the strength just wasn't quite there. Hoping tonight I can get more rest so I can hit arms and cardio tomorrow morning. Everybody loves a good arm day! Lol..

Now that I'm a little over 2 weeks into this, I can honestly say that this stuff is providing some amazing pumps and definitely some great energy/intensity! I've gone up to 1.5 scoops a couple times & was wide the F open all day long! People at my gym just look at me like I'm crazy when they see me pushing myself harder than ever. Why else would we be in there? I see so many people just going through the motions.. Makes me sick.. Speaking of sick, did I mention how freaking sick the pumps are that Quake gives me??? Lol..

Did you mention thr awesome pumps that you get from using Quake?? Why yes, I do believe you did!! :D That's fine with me though!

Yes, it's true... The pumps are crazy good!! Did shoulders this morning & my delts were like two heads of lettuce at the tops of my arms! Not to mention the vascularity it's giving me.. No pr's this morning, but I still felt good throughout the workout. I did a little 9-11 workout. 9 sets of 11 for military presses, laterals, and shrugs.. Yes, I was spent afterwards. I also did 25 minutes on the stationary bike!

Good energy man!!

Quake - Day 23

Weight - 181

I think this stuff is getting better with time! The pumps seem to be getting fuller and the energy is stronger as well. I'm nowhere as lean as I used to be or would like to be again, but I noticed in the mirror that my total upper body was looking fuller. I stepped on the scale the following morning & it was still at 181..

This morning, I skipped the quake & just took some fat burners because it was a cardio only day. Did a 3 mile run around the house at 4 am..

Yesterday, however, I took about 1.5 scoops of the Quake. That stuff had me shaking within about 20 minutes! I only took 4 days off from chest, but felt like hitting it again yesterday, so I did. Glad I did! I stopped at the 90's on the db's for more reps, but the volume that I went through was awesome!! I think I got about 4-5 sets of at least 8-12 reps for flat db's, incline db's decline smith, and seated hammer strength.. I could've done more, but had to leave in time for work.

Like I said, the energy & pumps from this is nothing short of awesome!! Sucks, I can almost see the bottom of the jar.

Holy shit! Pump and energy from hell!!!

I got a full 7 hours of sleep last night. Got up & decided to take 2 full scoops.. Wow.

Went in this morning & hit arms. It's 5 hours later & I'm still wide open with arms that feel like they're 20" big!! Lol, go figure, I'm just about empty & I realize the true magic of this stuff...

My tendonitis in my forearm kept me from going balls out heavy, but I still had one helluva workout and the pump was freak friggin nasty!!!

Legs are SPENT!!! Just finished a leg workout from hell!!! Going to be a very long day tomorrow.. Not sure I've had a pump in my thighs quite like this. Took 2 scoops again this morning. Shaking a little bit, but the pump & energy to get me through the leg routine was perfect!!!

Rode the stationary bike for about 20 minutes just to try & cool them down a little bit..

Quake ***8211; Day 27 FINAL REVIEW

Weight ***8211;183

First off, huge thanks to Lukehayd and IronFlex for this opportunity to log their preworkout, Quake. I've taken a few or their products now, and like those, this one did not disappoint.

We've all tried numerous preworkouts, but some stand out among others for one reason or another. Quake stood out to me for the two most important factors: energy and pumps. Everything else after that was good as well, but I workout at 4am. I NEED something that's going to wake me up & get me ready to hit it hard when I get in the gym.

I tried a few different dosing schemes. 1 scoop, 1.5 scoops, and 2 full scoops. 1 was great! Energy, pumps, endurance, stamina; it was all there! 1.5 was amazing! One those early mornings where I didn't get to bed early enough, this gave me the motivation to get it done! 2 scoops stand the F by!! I didn't try 2 until the end of the run. Had I realized the potential, I would've done that from the beginning! 2 scoops took it to a whole nother level!! Not only did it give me the energy & pumps, but I think it also enhanced my mood! I guess if you're that pumped up w/ stims, you have no choice but to be in a better mood! Lol..

I never got sick of the flavor throughout the run either. In a glass of ice cold water, this was deliciously refreshing! A great wake up drink! I actually considered taking a 2nd dose on my days off when I was outside sweating my butt off doing yard work, but didn't want to waste it on that. I always just swirled the mix around in my glass & it mixed perfectly. No clumps or anything like that.

Like I said, we all have a ton of choices when it comes to preworkouts. if you're looking to try a new one, by all means, give this one a go! You won't be disappointed!

Thanks again IronFlex!
