How is your training?
Do you delaod at scheduled intervals? Taking a week or two off sometimes can really help. Your body needs the rest, and it gets desensitized to training just like with anything else. The human body tries to stay consistent. If it doesn't feel it needs to grow, it won't.
Additionally, that line about increasing cals seems to have given you your answer. And you're frickin huge for 5'5.
