Your Best Natural Bench

I was 17, just ready to go off to USMC Boot Camp, and I benched 295, 3 reps, and I weighed about 190lbs @ 6'. I got alot weaker through boot camp and dropped 40lbs, to 150.

Then working my way back up, I weighed in at 237lbs 4 years later. I have almost maintained that weight, just a little less now, about 225.

bigtraps? 325 at 16 and 5'7? especially natural? either you are the lord himself or full of shit cuz that is either awsome as hell or bullshit. i have 225 natty and that aint light weight either. no screw that theres no way yur body is developed enough for that, when yur 16 ahhhhhhhh......................worst thread ever

I have no reason to lie, I dont understand why anybody would, the thread is called best natural bench, so I posted my best natural bench....and 225 is very light weight, I could rep that in the 8th grade, and so could all other strong high school kids in America

High school started at 9th grade where I live, but we had a couple 225 benchers. Took them some training time to get there though. A moderately athletic person who didn't lift would put up about 170.

well ... guesse ill come in with my input now.

just started working out again.. best bench just before i fracture my finger was 185 x 3-4 with a last rep helped out by spotter.

i was on pullins routine though, and had increased my bench 35 lbs in like 2-3 weeks.

lol, well i was deffinatly not a strong kid in HS...i can get 315 for a couple reps now and can do 225 for reps..but at 5'6" and 175lbs..im happy with it for now and feel its respectable for my size...

355lb bench all natural 6'4 245lbs. I think that the calculators for me are about 10lbs light, like they said earlier people have different strengths when it comes to reps and poundage. I have a buddy who is 6'0 220 and benched 430 all natural, he's a genetic freak, he has an uncle who is a power lifter.

i've seen kids across america benching well into the three hundreds in high school, it not that uncommon. My football coach benched 400 in high school in 500 in college.

Our coach was relatively lean and could do 4 plates as well, but he rarely went over 2 plates very slow for high reps, VERY slow. I dont know if he trained like that from age or what. He had a deep as hell voice, he was a pretty imposing guy back at that age.

I did 350 today raw and natty. i weigh about 210, I am 5'10, and I just turned 20; 3 weeks ago. Now to be fair I am not a bb but a want to be powerlifter,

5'6" 170, 1 rep of 300. 8-10 of 225, while 225 isn't 'easy' for me, I dont think its alot of weight. That's with no gear besides the standard protein sups, vitamins, etc.

are you being serious davep.

im around the same size as you.. how long have you been training for?

BUddy of mine was doing 270 back in grade 12. Think he weighed 170. I know for a fact he was all natural.

how u guys getting so much up? im 6'4 250 lbs 22% BF and can rep 155 or so. i need a routine that will build a bigger stronger chest.

Sorry if I don't fit in here but I like this forum.

I'm not on Steroids, but as of now (I'll be 18 in about 2 weeks) my one rep max is 225. I know a 14 year old that used to be on these boards, and his one rep max is 240, and he's never even seen Steroids lol.
