I just threw away my centrum... i refuse to buy any gnc shit. Im looking into some subligual options myman

i like gnc ones. as far as i can tell, and from what i've heard from a lot of ppl, gnc and lifetime multis are the best.

but i used to work for gnc so im sure i got brainwashed to think theirs are the best. but i know gnc's and lifetimes are time released and not many other multis are.

GNC brand name is overpriced/for what it is ! IMO

ya gnc is stupid expensive. since i dont work there anymore i want to find another multi thats as good but not as expensive. even when i worked there i rarely bought my supplements from there, i still bought from bodybuilding.com. even with my 30% discount, it was cheaper online.

about the flinstone multi, i remember my mom actually saying that her doctor said the flinstone chewables are the best multis because they absorb better than any other one out there.

Makes sense... thats why im looking into the sub-q options/affordable . As long as u can stomach supps.. it could be the best stuff out, but i cant stomach nasty/sugar protiens/horse pills... "almost as good" & steady wins the race. U got any info/studys on the flinstones???

lol. Can u imagine huge mo-fos grubbin on flinstones for their multi's

I haven't found a multi yet that I think is properly dosed. Never enough minerals, vit D, K or E, and usually they contain analogs with poor bioavailability.

I do like Millenium's MVP/ZMK stack, but as I said, it's somewhat underdosed. I usually just end up buying individual vitamins and just taking a bunch of different pills

Fuck that bro.... I hate taking a shit ton of pills.. alreadt taking 10+ a day. Props to u for choking them down/although i found the smaller pills arent so bad

Thats why im wanting some feedback on the "under the tougne" ones.. instant absorbed.
There's a specialty Dr whos sells supp for cancer patients in my area im looking into.. a friend of the family kicked 'hepit' with their assistance

Millennium's MVP is great I also look for something like VitaBerry and green tea for my anti-oxidants

Buy the vitamins/minerals you want separately, save money. Toco-8 for vitamin E also, as almost all vitamin E supps are just alpha-tocopherols and not tocotrienols.
