Your shoulder workout

Hello guys! I was wondering if you would know any other shoulder workouts.

Been working on my shoulder and yeah, it's growing but the program seems endless. way too many.

Any good advice? Thanks
 
Heavy ass shoulder presses
heavy ass upright rows
heavy ass rear laterals
heavy ass shrugs
--note front delts worked well on chest day, and rear delts on back day

upright rows 1 set light. 4 sets heavy
db presses 5 sets 0f 10-12
rear delts 4-5 sets high reps low weight
shrugs
and sometimes light flat bench 3 sets to hit my front delts a little more
Do you work them in that order? If so, are your shoulders tired by DB press time? I'm not sure if I should do 1 ex. before DB Press because my shoulders often feel tight even after a few sets of DB press warmup.

it varies for me.

Front lateral Raises , 3 sets usually, 10 8 6
upright rows, I hit 4 sets usually 12 10 8 6
Either dumbell presses or arnolds.
i hit the rear delts with 3 to 4 sets as well.
