Zeus's test/tren/var log

Right now i was at 2560kcal, im bumping it up to about 2870kcals tomorrow.
Yea man I def will. What sucks is my computer won't let me log in. It's saying that this website is something like a virus, hope mods can chEck on this. I'm typing from my phone:/. But yea def will man, I would def say start off at 50mg eod or even 40mg just to see how ur body reacts

That looks like a crazy workout! Doing high reps will help with mass while eating in bulk right? Ive been doing a variation of the 5x5 system for while now, so im due a change. If doing this workout for the duration of my cycle will help in mass building rather than strength at the moment, i'll start it

I believe so but I always tought strength was better for mass too
 
little update for everyone, i have one pea size lump under my left nipple and a litle smaller on the right side. Its most likely from the tren, so I'm bumping the dose of prami ED of 0.40mg or .50mg if it doesn't start to go away quicker.

Also changing the letro to Adex, ive been feeling kinda lazy, prob from low e2. Not sure. But im gonna start taking adex in 4 days at 0.50mg EOD.
Also I know this balkan Anavar (var) is legit, the pumps in the gym are crazy, like to the point where i think imma have to wait atleast 2min between each set, because my Heart is racing too and the pumps are hard. Does anyone think lowering it from 70mg ed to 60mg ed will make it a difference???

Hey yall little update, the strength is def up on the lifts of doing 10-15 reps. However Im eatting more now, and its like fucken hard to gain weight!! lol, im prob expecting to much before hitting week 4. But i sweat like a pig at night, and now at night i sweat, and can't fall asleep. Fuck this shit with this diet better have me shredded lol.

8:30pm 1 and half cans of tuna
-15 almonds
3 ounces of brocholli

11:00pm 2 scoops of protein shake
add 5 grams of bcaa's and 5 grams of L-glutamine
*4 hmb

12:00am SLEEP

I am going to copy this Zevs . So from monday this will be my diet too . And i am going to add 1 hour of cardio on empty stomach ED .

forsure bro sounds good, im just confused with myself and the old original diet im using because seems like I'm on the same weight, but i know i def gonna cut those carbs out, and when i do ill let you all know, i just want to replace something with those sweet ps and will be high in kcal but low in carbs

I had a meltdown right now and took 1 banana 2 apples i litle bit yogurt whey and some granola and eat the shit out of it :) . Gonna do legs later thats why i was nervous .
But from monday just the oats for breakfast and vegetables and thats it for carbs . Goind to die slowly but what the hell i am going to ripped have to sacrifice . :)

Do you plan on using some diuretics (lasix) and carb deplete and decreseing water at the end ? You know like pre competion program ?

When i go to sleep i am thinking of food , when i get ip first in the morning ithink about food .
Its messing me up real bad .
But the feeling when 12 weeks are over and you have proven to yourself that you made it without any cheat meals its going to be the best feeling ever . And the food is going to taste so good when you know you have earned it !! I cant express it in words , better then sex :).

Hey brotha, sorry I havn't checked in here in a little while. Glad to see your cycle is going well. I crave carbs like a bitch on tren too. I upped my tren and mast to 525mg a week each and running the same amount of Winstrol (winny) for a short time too. I only did two weeks of Anavar (var) and doing two weeks of Winstrol (winny) just to give them both a try. Bout to start on 4iu of GH in the next month or so.

i wake starving!!!!!!!! but im only weighting in at 191lbs today in the morning, and its been 4 weeks. I started out at 185lbs, and jumped to 189 in 3 weeks. BUt idk why i can see a difference, maybe because im looking at myself to much to see a change :/. Trying to get those abs too, and thats tough shit. Once i post pictures for everyone, they will be able to tell me what to do. I mean I hope my gear isn't bunk. I sweat, i mean i sweat like a pig in the gym. I sweat a night, im more veiny the strength is going up. But its hard for the strength to go up when i training my muscles to like 10-15reps, thats more conditioning than opposed to doing 8reps,6reps,4reps,2reps.

nice bro, i read your ceomp cycle, any tips, imma post a picture soon, im just not satisfied with where im at in 4 weeks, prob my dumbass is expecting to much :/ up at 191lbs, so 6lbs in 4 weeks.

No homo picture, this is me 1.5 weeks before my cycle weighting in at 185lbs, it was after the gym. Will post up updated photo soon this week by Friday

Look great man, very lean. I PMed you. Don't expect to gain much of any weight on tren the way your doing it. You will likely be cutting bf and putting on muscle so you'll stay the same.

I have been following this behind the scenes (just never posted), if you want to gain weight on tren you have got to up the carbs, and cals. Are you trying to clean bulk? And then not knocking ya, but cardio and tren? Thats a bad mix. I guess it depends on how much cardio. But good reading so far.
