For various reasons, a 3500cal deficit does not always equal 1lb of pure fat loss. Not trying to deter you from doing cardio or trying to burst your bubble at all but that statement assumes you're only losing fat and not muscle, connective tissue, water, etc. being in cycle will help you tremendously from losing much muscle and lbm but I still don't think it's guaranteed. Most of your fat loss results should come from the diet as upping the cardios intensity and volume drastically will negatively impact your training and recovery which in turn will hinder your ability to preserve lbm and turn counter-productive. If I were in your shoes I would start off with light to moderate intensity cardio EOD, 15-20min should be plenty. Gradually up the volume, frequency, and intensity as you're able to but pay close attention to your recovery, training, and how your body feels. If you feel or see negative impacts cut back slightly until your body adapts than make changes again based on the current situation.
The first link is about calorie deficits and where weight loss comes from and the second is about cardio and fat loss, both great reads and hope you enjoy them!
