nice bro, i read your ceomp cycle, any tips, imma post a picture soon, im just not satisfied with where im at in 4 weeks, prob my dumbass is expecting to much :/ up at 191lbs, so 6lbs in 4 weeks.

No homo picture, this is me 1.5 weeks before my cycle weighting in at 185lbs, it was after the gym. Will post up updated photo soon this week by Friday

also would like to add, my last cycle of tren ace and test e, i didn't start to gain serious weight till about week 5, week 6. Idk why, but thats when i was gaining serious weight.

Does anyone think because of my diet is why i am gaining weight even slower? Because shit, imma doing that cardio ed in 2 weeks haha

Dude you are verry ripped , you must looking even much better now . Dont think about that weight of yours , what important is what you gain . Losing fat and gaining even one pond of muscle in your case is verry noticeable , trust me .

Well, first off, any AAS out there puts undue stress on the cardiovascular system. But tren can completely kill some peoples cadio. And since AAS's put stress on your cardiovascular system then you shouldn't do a ton of cardio. You can do a lil cause its still important to workout the most important muscle of all, the heart. BUt i tell people 3 times a week and just enough to were you cannot hold a conversation with the person next to you on the treadmill.
 
Well i dont agree with you . If someone wants to speed up in getting rid of that extra fat cardio on empty stImach its crucial offcourse with the diet . I was not thinking about running on empty stomach , or some high itensity training cause that will kill your muscle . I was doing sort of cardio like fast walking up the hill then down the hill and such .
 
I have been following this behind the scenes (just never posted), if you want to gain weight on tren you have got to up the carbs, and cals. Are you trying to clean bulk? And then not knocking ya, but cardio and tren? Thats a bad mix. I guess it depends on how much cardio. But good reading so far.

the reason i think doing cardio on any steroid is good, because it preserves the muscle, therefore your burning the fat, my kcal is 2,716 kcal. This week and next week i will hvae more carbs because of my finals and i want the energy and feel 100% awesome. But i understand with the carbs, i just wanted to replace the carbs with the fats.
 
I didn't say anything about cardio on an empty stomach. I just said a ton of cardio is bad for you on gear. Now thats the truth, research it. Steroids do put stress on the cardio system. And diet is 85% exercise is 10% and gear is 5%.....I never said anything about intense cardio, but you are agreeing, you just said you were doing light cardio, and i said light cardio.

In case reports, acute myocardial infarction is the most common event presented, but other adverse cardiovascular effects such as left ventricular hypertrophy, reduced left ventricular function, arterial thrombosis, pulmonary embolism and several cases of sudden cardiac death have also been reported. However, to date there are no prospective, randomized, interventional studies on the long-term cardiovascular effects of abuse of AAS. In this review we have studied the relevant literature regarding several risk factors for cardiovascular disease where the effects of AAS have been scrutinized:(1) Echocardiographic studies show that supraphysiologic doses of AAS lead to both morphologic and functional changes of the heart. These include a tendency to produce myocardial hypertrophy (Fig. 3), a possible increase of heart chamber diameters, unequivocal alterations of diastolic function and ventricular relaxation, and most likely a subclinically compromised left ventricular contractile function. (2) AAS induce a mild, but transient increase of blood pressure. However, the clinical significance of this effect remains modest. (3) Furthermore, AAS confer an enhanced pro-thrombotic state, most prominently through an activation of platelet aggregability. The concomitant effects on the humoral coagulation cascade are more complex and include activation of both pro-coagulatory and fibrinolytic pathways. (4) Users of AAS often demonstrate unfavorable measurements of vascular reactivity involving endothelial-dependent or endothelial-independent vasodilatation. i do the stair master and incline walk at a steady hard pace, where i'm sweating good. I believe it a opinion, were it depends on how it effects an individual, ill let u know when i do cardio for 3 weeks ed for 20-40mins on the stair master.

mhmm so would 4x/week of 30-40 mins of cardio be fine, of course doing stair master, or speed walking on incline trendmill.

Im not saying cardio is all out bad, just be careful, don't do to much, and it may make you feel good but what is it doing inside? I use to hit cardio really hard and started having heart palpitations, Im not saying it from gear but when i stopped running the heart thing stopped. And then after researching i stopped doing heavy cardio. If you wanna burn that fat just do it natty. And if you dont want to wait, Keto and Clen. But be careful with them to. Just keeping people educated on this stuff.

i used clen when i was doing my diet, but i still believe it was more of the diet and the cardio i did, that dropped that BF%

True story bro!!! I always notice the best fat loss when i am really on my shit when it comes to dieting, but supps do help. T3 (Depleting and burning natural) in my opinion is to dangerous like DNP (its a poison, and its crazy thermogenic effect), but clen and Keto are good products.

lol fuck man, i just wanna get cut like when i did my diet in my other form, even the current pic that was taken 1.5 weeks before my cycle, i wanna be like that but more shredded with about 5-10lbs more of LBM. I will be cutting down tren ace this week during studying and during finals week. I will go down from 400mg/week to about 320mg-350mg/week. Shouldn't effect me much, and whatever i have left after week 8 of tren, ill continue to finish that shit up :)

forsure man, im cutting down on the lifting at EOD. because honestly theres days where im studying for these science courses and i am so stressed out that at the gym all i think about is studying for that exam and im fucked drained too man, like tired as fuckk

u def right, its the lack of sleep too with studying for finals. So imma try to catch up sleep and study more. this wont hurt me, and i will gain some weight :) as imma add some carbs, n then back to old diet
