the whole, increase weight/rep the following week can only work oh so much. you will get stuck and sometimes, even decrease weights/reps.

ok. i've encountered some computer problems and it was all because i didn't clean my computer. it has been 2-3 years already or less since I cleaned it.
i got fucked and compie fucked me over. it hanged at times and won't function at all.
talked around and asked around...
there are some of my friends whose mom is just so damn hot..it's almost illegal. the sad thing is that, sure, they are hot and wear skimpy outfit like they're still in their 20s, but that's it. you cannot go further most of the time. taking a risK?? either how desperate are you or how stupid are...
