    T400 10 week cycle, 600MG a week

    Could I run T400 at 3/4 injection dosage every 3 to 4 days for 10 weeks. I'm 31 years old and train more for powerlifting I just want too get more strength.

    would mixing your protien with a can of pop be a good thing or bad thing? I was thinking cause of all the sugar it has in it would spike your insulin leading to faster absorption. Just curious

    this has no cables at all, Just some big metal peices that you need to twist to unrack the weight. So it makes it alot heavier

    intensemuscle.com. I have a training journal there and they help you out alot with your deit and what areas to change. I love the dc program, i'm gonna use it for awhile Make sure you do 4-6 weeks blasting, then one week off......or you'll overtrain

    snatch grip deadlift vs regular

    So regular deadlifts is better. Some guy i was talking to swore but snatch deadlifts, i was like whats the point do regualr deadlifts. I love deadlifts
