Could I run T400 at 3/4 injection dosage every 3 to 4 days for 10 weeks.
I'm 31 years old and train more for powerlifting I just want too get more strength.
would mixing your protien with a can of pop be a good thing or bad thing?
I was thinking cause of all the sugar it has in it would spike your insulin leading to faster absorption.

Yah perogies are kinda bad i'm going by the box 5 perogies is 290 cals and 38 grams of carbs with 10 grams of that coming from sugar. I'll sub in rice every now and then.

Make sure you do 4-6 weeks blasting, then one week off......or you'll overtrain
So regular deadlifts is better.
Some guy i was talking to swore but snatch deadlifts, i was like whats the point do regualr deadlifts. I love deadlifts
