    when I said stuck it in, I ment I put the gear in the syringe and left it in there. I didn't stick myself yet. I'm just wanting to know if it will be ok in the syringe until I get ready to use it. By the way, went to the movies and saw spiderman 2 good movie.

    from being skinny...chest not yet improved

    When I hired a trainer he would never do flat bench only and I mean only incline bench everything was incline, also many dips builds big chest. Don't forget to contract you chest at the top of you lift. Try doing push ups to..........
