Just a few quick questions about this...I understand you are supposed to take two caps two hours prior to tanning, however have heard conflicting info about other things. Is it true that you should NOT wear sunscreen/lotion either indoors and outdoors to maximize exposure? And on a side note...

you could, but why would you want to? Use one or the other as your test base

If you're not ready for needles than your not ready for steroids. That is not intended as a flame either. I would not bother with a dbol only cycle, throw some test in there.

I dont know if there's much you can do now...you should have opted for a preventative plan that started with your cycle. I use Niz 2% and spiro cream...it seems to be doin its job

Yes, it would be fine. Personally I'd just use the quads
