Stiff leg dead lifts... stick your ass out and keep your back flat/chest up. Tears me apart but u must go slow.
Also with good mornings u need to rotate at your hips. Don't just curve your back out.

number 2 is what I would do If I had to choose. But I normally increase weight with each set. My drop sets are usually 60 percent of the final set weight. No rest though. so 135 x 6, 145 x 6, 155 x 6(or more to failure) then my drop might be 115 or something (min 6 reps- failure).

Your going too long I think. Hit the legs hard but not more than you need to. How long you been feeling this way after the gym?
Granted I feel like I've been hit by a truck 30 mins after leg day. But puking is all wrong. Your not doing hard cardio right?
