yeah i used to take weds as cardio i just doubt im going to get to the gym on the weekends to lift heavy and i can always jog a bit on sat's and sun's....

imo gloves are put in the same catagory as belts. for the most part they do nothing but hinder strength. Sure they'll help you get some more weight or reps on the bar but they are doing you more of a...

oddly enough i find compound movements will fine tune easier than the isolated cable stability ball on one foot while closing your eyes type movements.
UPDATE:
decided to go with pb's routine. was doing more volume prior to this, now i have to get used to low volume again. I know it works though because my lifts went through the roof on pb's workout. might add one or two things here or there to tweak it. I know this has been debated before...
Got this off another board. Looks like way to much volume, but I wanted to get some feedback on it as im thinking about switching it up.
Monday
Bench (heavy) warm up, then 4 sets x 10 reps
Wide Grip Bench 3 sets x 10 reps
Narrow Grip Bench 3 sets x 10 reps
Front Delt Raise 4 sets x 8 reps...

invest that money in chicken breasts not shakes. like jayc said its a mixed debate, but everyone is going to agree that whole foods are going to be better. use the shakes when you absolutly cant grill up some shit and still need to get the protein in.
if your a bodybuilder and an idiot as well...(most of you here are) try grilled chicken and brown rice...with some dark leafy veggies thrown in there.
i myself just started the ab's diet... because
A. I have no abs
B. book was lying around in my apt and the shit looked tasty.
