Bro, the one with the oil is a tear off top. You can easily remove it and add ingredients or pour it into the solution. The one with the rubber seal has the dissolving solution.

Maybe im missing something ... but what makes you think the liquid product won't dissolve the caps shorty after you fill them. Gel caps are meant to dissolve(in your stomach) so it won't work. I do however, shoot my liquid product into a gelcap right before I swallow it, to avoid the nasty taste.
