    During the day I do alright. I eat carbs but limit it during the day and by the evening for dinner I eat some meat and then start craving for it. Any ideas to stop these cravings?

    Just sick of protein shakes!!!

    Just thought I'd rant before I go to bed. My stomach churns and the thought of drinking a protein shake before bed. I can take one before workout, but thats about it. I guess I just need to man up and snarf one down before bed. Off to bed.

    I usually have some jerky or left over chicken or pork. Any other ideas? I feel if I cut my nightly carbs I coul lose some belly jiggle.

    The 5x5 routine

    Another question. So I do the 5x5 for flat bench, military press deadlifts and squats. I'm thinking maybe I should start it for lat pull downs on my back day and maybe for other exercise. Would that be overkill?

    On my leg day I do squats and leg press and then a machine for quads and a machine for hams. Is leg press necessary because I feel it is similar to squats.

    eat those instant oatmeal packs...they got some junk in them...oh well...but cinnammon roll tastes great. 1 minute and its good to go!
