500mg is too low to run a ai? this is not true. i tried a little experiment. i didnt take a Aromatase inhibitor (AI) for the first 8 weeks of a 500mg a week cycle and then got my bloods done. my estrodrol was at 183! dont know how i didnt grow boobs. lol.

Uh don't load the clomid. Also start at least two weeks out on post cycle therapy (pct). I usually go about a month with the clomid and start the nolva at two weeks out. The d Bol is too long. Honestly just drop it and up ur test to 500-600mg. That is a standard first cycle.
